Freospace was a set of blogs set up by the City of Fremantle in 2011 to help the various precincts communicate with their constituents and the wider community. There was a central blog, at http://freospace.com.au/, and a separate blog for each precinct (although some, such as the Fremantle Society, elected not to have one).
Freospace is not yet fully operational, and training is to be held for representatives from each precinct on May 25 and 26.
The full list of Freospaces was as follows:

The sites were all run on the WordPress blogging software, and their news feeds were included in Planet Freo.
It is not clear when Freospace was discontinued, but judging from Wayback Machine snapshots it seems to have been in about 2020.
