Sydney and Fremantle's Underbelly
Join the Fremantle History Society with a Fremantle Heritage Festival event at Fremantle Prison to find connections between Fremantle and razor gang wars of the 1920s that feature in a new edition of the TV crime series Underbelly.
Ron Davidson author of High Jinks at the Hot Pool, Fremantle Impressions and co-author of the recently released Fighting for Fremantle, reveals this little-known love and crime story. Shiner, Ryan, Kate Leigh and Tilly Devine form the heart of the story which delves into a fascinating character, the women he loved, their criminal antics and his strong connections to Fremantle and it community.
