The W.A. Fishers’ Lost at Sea Memorial Association (FLatSea) is a community group who are "collecting, researching and documenting every last tragedy that has befallen the WA Commercial Fishing, Pearling and Whaling Industries."[1] Their president is James Paratore.
One of their goals is to build a sea organ at the southern end of Bathers Beach.
It is not clear whether their full name is "Fishers' Lost at Sea" or "Fishers' Lives Lost at Sea", as the latter makes more sense given the apostrophe but the "Lives" is missing in the official documentation. Perhaps that's the point.
