The Sunshine Harvester Works building, on the corner of Beach and James streets, was the Fremantle distribution warehouse for the Melbourne manufactory of the same name. It is now a collection of bars, food trucks, and a distillery.
The rear part of the building, up the hill, has been converted into apartments.
Opposite Sunshine Harvester Works is the Robert Jowitt and Sons Warehouse.
