Allen Graham was a Councillor from 1985 to 1990 and is the brother of current Councillor Geoff Graham.

President of the Fremantle History Society 2019-2023. He is the author of Inns and Outs of Fremantle: a Social History of Fremantle and its Hotels 1829-1856, Xlibris 2023.

The first volume of his planned three-part history of Fremantle and its hotels was published in 2023.
