The Local Identity & Design Code: Central Fremantle booklet is a summary drawn from a report made for and © City of Fremantle. On 27 May 2009, Council resolved to make the documents available publicly as a resource for discussion, research and education purposes and also noted that the document is not part of the statutory planning regime.
To assist developers in understanding the context of the heritage town they are working in, overseas experts in a $140,000 project helped put together the Local Identity and Design Code for central Fremantle.
Pages 16-19 are missing for some reason. Something went wrong, sorry. I don't have the document any longer. Perhaps streetsoffreo will put it up, if they have a copy.
The Fremantle Society was given permission to republish this document and asked me to put it on my site, as above.
