Hope Street runs west to east from Amherst Street to Carrington Street. Between Wiluna Avenue and Yalgoo Avenue it is a dual carriageway. White Gum Valley Primary School is located towards the the western end of the street, between Wood Street and Montreal Street. Hope Street is named after James William Hope.[1]
