Fifth Avenue is a suburban street in Beaconsfield that runs from South Street in the north to Lefroy Road in the south, passing the cul-de-sac of Doig Place that branches off it to the west. The east side of the street is predominantly single-storey weatherboard houses dating from the first half of the 20th century, and the west side was all state housing (part of the so-called 'Beacy Bronx') but as of 2023 was in the process of being demolished to make way for a new development.
