- Description: An approximately 153-page red cloth-bound book containing pasted in minutes of meetings. Each page contains one or more pages relating to one meeting (usually one or two pages of minutes and one page of financials). The odd pages were photographed first, followed by the even ones. Many pages are of thin paper, so a card insert was used to reduce bleed-through and improve legibility.
