Email correspondence, invoices, real estate advertisements and site maps regarding the sale of the Club's upstairs. Christopher Collings was largely involved in the sale of the upstairs but withdrew from the contract in February 2011. Many legal interactions between Collings and the Club (through lawyers) is included. These are related to Collings' dishonesty in his Statutory Declaration and the debt he owed to contractors Freo Interiors. Later documentation relates to later services and sales and interactions with the Fremantle Council.
