Got it's number from Carl Edwards' father, a photographer who moved to the property from 11 Phillimore Street and wanted to have a street number for advertising purposes. The houses on Arthur Head here nit numbered, so he just adopted his previous address, and Albert Ernest Trivett next door had to follow suit, and the others also.
