Samuel Gough went missing in the Inner Harbour in March 1946, he "was a member of a party of five aboard the 22-foot yacht Zinnia which was anchored at White Landing, North Wharf."[1] His body was recovered from under North Wharf four days later; the coroner ruled it an accidental death.[2]
He was 39, the son of Mary Elizabeth (née Cleall) Gough and George Gough.[3]
