John Cameron "Jack" Sheedy (1926–2023) was a former Australian Rules footballer and coach. He played for East Fremantle and East Perth in the Western Australian National Football League [now WAFL] and South Melbourne in the Victorian Football League. Sheedy attended Richmond State School in East Fremantle and Fremantle Boys School in Fremantle, captaining both schools' football teams. He worked as a clerk at the Fremantle Harbour Trust (now Fremantle Ports). The Tradewinds Hotel was once known as Jack Sheedy's Plympton Hotel.

Jack Sheedy died in 2023. With the announcement, Peter Grigg posted the below 2004 photo on Facebook. The men are standing on the footpath outside the Fremantle Hotel in High Street.
