Formerly Pte. in East India Co. Army. Listed in Perth as a Victualler 1869 John Bull Inn & at Shamrock Hotel 1870. ?To Frem. 1873 Emerald Isle Hotel. To SA 1875. His wife & chd. made journeys between Frem. & Eastern colones in 1880.
