CURRENT PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Dramatist: his prize-winning work has received numerous national and international productions, tours and prizes. He has written for television, film and radio, and worked as a script consultant and dramaturg for numerous theatre companies as well as state and national script development organisations.
In 2012 he won the Richard Burton Playwriting Award and the WA Premier's Book Award for Best Script.
Director: Ingle has directed for Perth Theatre Co., Black Swan Theatre Co., Red Desert Theatre Co. and Soup Kitchen Theatre, among others. Employed to direct numerous university productions as well as developing new work such as the contemporary opera "Giles, is that you?" broadcast on ABC FM and a new musical for Palmerston College, Darwin's Centre for Excellence in the Arts.
Actor: he has performed with all the professional theatre companies in Western Australia in over 50 professional productions. He has appeared in numerous films, television productions and radio drama.
