George Yorke Hubble
George Hubble, for whom Hubble Street in Plympton East Fremantle is named, was born 28 November 1858 and died by cutting his own throat 22 March 1906. He was married first in 1890 to Amelia Johanna (Minnie) Pearse (daughter of Silas and Johannah). They had one son, but he died in 1892, aged 29. In 1903 he married Blanche Harrison, without issue. At the time of his death he was insolvent.
