Bret Christian
Bret Christian is the editor of the Subiaco Post, and the author of two outstanding books about the police investigation of serial killers. He is the Managing Editor of POST Newspapers which he founded with his then wife Bettye in 1978.
Bret Christian OAM trained as a journalist with Perth’s evening paper, the Daily News, from the age of 18.
He later worked in the company’s Sydney and Melbourne offices before returning to Perth to write a daily column, including the back page column.
At the age of 28 he co-founded the POST. He is still the POST’s owner and editor. Bret has written two successful non-fiction books, the first titled Presumed Guilty. His latest title, Stalking Claremont, was awarded the prize for Australia’s best non-fiction crime book in 2021.
