Frederick Broome
Frederick Broome was Governor of the Colony 1883-1890.

Mr Barrington Clarke Wood, Mayor of Fremantle, 1883-1885, wears a grey top hat and is on the left, Sir Frederick and lady Broome to the right. The carriage was owned by the Albert family and often used for important occasions. The driver was Jimmy Boyle. Library photo #2322.
