Locke Park [[Parks/people/img/locke125.jpg|]]
Locke Park is named for Herbert J. Locke, Mayor of East Fremantle 1924-31, 1934-44, as is Locke Crescent.
It is on the corner of Moss and Fletcher Streets, and is part of an A-class reserve bordered by Moss, Fletcher, Allen, and Marmion Streets that includes Locke Park, Sumpton Green Community Centre, East Fremantle Playgroup, East Fremantle Oval , East Fremantle Bowling Club, and East Fremantle Croquet Club.
There is large reserve containing remnant native vegetation between Locke Crescent and Preston Point Road, above the Leeuwin Barracks, which does not seem to have a name. I mention it here because it could also be named in honour of the former mayor.[[img/lockepark.jpg|]]
