He and his then wife Louisa Wise both played in [[../../people/garyburke/bungarra.html|Bungarra]], c. 1980-2000. After one recording with that band (Harbour Lights) they made several as a duo: Waltzing Louisa, Winter Beach, Fiddlewood.
Scott also led his own band, The Ten Cent Shooters, who have released five CDs. Peter Woodward was a member.
When he was working as a luthier in Fremantle, his workshop was the former [[../../buildings/dux.html|Dux factory]] in Quarry Street. He's now based in Margaret River.
His sister, [[../../parks/boo/pinter.html#pinter|Rose Wise Pinter]], when a Fremantle City Councillor until c. 2000, was instrumental in the development of [[../../parks/boo/index.html|Booyeembara Park]].
