Mouat Street, between Phillimore and High Streets.

The earliest owner of Lot 28 recorded by [[../hitchcock.html|Hitchcock]] (1929) was [[../people/samsonlionel.html|Lionel Samson]].

The building on Lot 28, now 5 Mouat Street, was the [[../buildings/tarantella.html|German Consulate]] 1903-1914.
