Little Howard Street is a short urban street that runs from Brennan Street at the Fremantle Primary School end, down to the roundabout at the South Terrace – Wray Avenue intersection. It is the site of the Little Howard Street Heritage Precinct.
The street is named after its larger and longer sibling on the western side of South Terrace, and also after Edward Fitzalan-Howard, 1st Baron Howard of Glossop (who served as Vice-Chamberlain of the Household under UK Prime Minister John Russell, 1st Earl Russell, after whom Russell Street is named).[1]
