Johnson Court is a nine-storey block of flats at 23 Adelaide Street (mostly Town Lot 563, although its carpark extends to and is accessed from Josephson Street). It was built after 1972 on the site of the Johnston Memorial Congregational Church, from which it got (and mangled) its name (the church was named after Joseph Johnston).
Tim Winton's novel Eyrie (2013) features a main character who lives in a block of flats that's based on Johnson Court.
