Script error: The function "main" does not exist. James Moore Pioneer Park is a park and school oval on the corner of Hampton and Lefroy roads in Beaconsfield. James G. Moore was headmaster of Beaconsfield Primary School 1934–1940. In 1934, twenty-two trees were planted in the park by the Fremantle Council to commemorate the pioneers of the state.
The park is open to the public and dogs are welcome.

James Moore Pioneer Park (1934) has historic significance as a former tip site, redeveloped during the 1930s with the assistance of labourers employed under the sustenance scheme, when unemployed men were offered work on landscape projects. The place was included in the Heritage Study South Fremantle, prepared by John Taylor Architects, for the City of Fremantle, June 1993.
