Honky Tonk is a American-themed bar that opened in June 2023 in 81 High Street (the former RSL Wyola Club). It's run by Ben Bell "who, with Joshua Paparo and Elvin Heng, also owns Jamaican rum and coffee bar Jungle Bird less than 100m from the soon-to-be-opened saloon."[1]
