The Fremantle Court House was the third courthouse for Fremantle, and was built in 1884. It's located at 22 Marine Terrace.
Also known as Tanderra, the Water Supply Office, and Haven.
In the 1950s it was leased[1] by the Uniting Church as a homeless men's shelter, and known as Uniting House.[2]
It is now owned by Notre Dame and used by the Law Facalty as a moot court.
It was added to the State Heritage Register on 28 November 2003.
