Frank Collins was the treasurer of the Buffalo Club in the late 1930s.
Re-elected unapposed in 1938 as Treasurer.[1]
There was a Frank Collins who was a 2011 Club Centurion for playing 114 games from 1912 for the South Fremantle Football Club.[2] It's not yet clear if this is the same person.
