Francis Thomas Langer was a labourer who lived at 25 Louisa Street, South Fremantle. He was born in Germany on 24 August 1879, and became an Australian citizen in 1912. He arrived in Fremantle on 15 March 1905 on the Bremeu.[1]
He may be the same Francis Langer who was Assistant Lighthouse Keeper at Jarman Island near Roebourne, who was arrested in May 1917 as an enemy alien.[2]
