Brother Edwin Workman CP KOM PGP was a founding member of the Lodge Orient No 4.
His daughter Florence Alice Workman married Joseph Harrison in 1919.[2]
He was buried at Fremantle Cemetery on 4 March 1931.[3][4]
He was born in about 1869 to Edwin Workman and Sarah Kalsall Workman (née Elliott).[5]
Acted as secretary of the Buffalo Club in 1925.[6]

LATE MR. E. WORKMAN
The late Mr. E. J. Workman died at the verger's residence, Victoria Hall, Fremantle, on Wednesday, March 4. The deceased was born in London, England, and came to this State 20 years ago, since when he has lived in Fremantle.
He was an enthusiastic and member of the Buffalo Lodge, rising to the rank of Grand Primo, and at the time of his death was Grand Chaplain of the order. Mr. Workman member of St John's Church for years, during the past two years ting as verger. A kindly and courteous gentleman, the deceased was ever anxious to come to the assistance of others.
A full choral service was held in St. John's Church last Thursday afternoon, the remains being afterwards interred in Fremantle Cemetery. The Rev, Canon Collick, assisted by the Rev. J. W. Cleft, officiated at the graveside, and referred appreciatively to the useful life which the deceased had led.
The lodge ceremony was read by Mr. G. Lucas, K.O.N., Grand Chaplain. Chief mourners were Mesdames EL S. Workman (wife), F. R. Hutchings and O. Harrison (daughters), Messrs.' F. R. Hutchings and J. Harrison (sons-in-law), Mr. and Mrs. C. Green. Pall-bearers were Messrs. P. C Webster, A. Grigg, A. L. Rogers, C. Molyneaux J. Fabre and J. C. Plater. Numerous floral tributes and messages of sympathy were received by the bereaved relatives.
