David George Apps became a certified Primo of Ocean View lodge in 1964.[1] He was added to the Roll of Honour in the Lodge Temple, Penguin, on 22 November 1974.[2] He joined the Order of Buffaloes in January 1962 as a member of Ocean View Lodge (No. 363) in Penguin on the north coast of Tasmania.[3]
