David Dare Parker is the co-author (with Ron Davidson) of The Clubs, a book about the workers' clubs of Fremantle (published in 2010). He is a Walkley Award winning photojournalist, and has photographed for many national and international magazines. Publications include Le Monde, Stern, Australian Geographic, The Bulletin, The New York Times, Fortune, The Guardian, Bloomberg and TIME Magazine.
He was one of the founders of FotoFreo.
