The Burt Street Flats were a set of seven two-storey blocks of Housing Commission flats on the steep rocky land between Burt, East, and Vale Streets, east of the larger Boondaroo block (that lasted a lot longer than these ones). They were built sometime between 1970 and 1974.

Three of them were named Buni, Kerta, and Keli.

In 1979 the flats were photographed as part of the Fremantle Society Photographic Survey (see below).

The Burt Street Flats were demolished in 2012, and the land sat vacant until the Artisan Place development began in 2025.
