Western Decor
A Korean restaurant was the most recent (before 2022) user of the premises at 223 South Terrace. The building and the vacant lot next door at 225 were sold April 2022.
It's possible that it will be a restaurant and gallery.
A previous owner/tenant was Western Decor, 1977-1984 (thanks Franc Koning).
In 1949, it was 61 Mandurah Road and Mrs Hanna Cooper had a mixed business on the corner with Florence (now King William) Street. (PO directories)
