Walyalup Civic Centre

I liked the old building. What's a bit of concrete cancer matter? It had a library on the ground floor, not in a basement fire trap. With a History Centre in it – not somewhere else in the building.
As a (local) taxpayer, I want the Council to pick up my rubbish and mow my verge (and it only does 50% of that). I don't want it to put up grandiose memorials to itself. Especially ones with steep grassy slopes half inside the box. Wtf?
