Harris Scarfe Sandover was a building on the corner of Newman Court and Queen Street. It was Alfred Sandover's shop, and his company partnered with Harris Scarfe to sell Rainbow Cycles from the mid 1930s.
The Myer building later occupied the site. The current development there is called FOMO.
