Bayly Street is a short former residential street that is now completely surrounded by Port land and contain yards. It's most notable feature is 28 Bayly Street, or "Carmel Mullally's house", which is the last remaining residence on the street and which was occupied (much to the chagrin of the Port Authority) until 2021 when Carmel moved into aged care.
