1 Ada Street, South Fremantle is a single-story masonry and iron detached house, built in about 1910. The house was built for Alfred West, who lived in it until about 1930, after which Mary and Albert Seymour bought it.[1] It was numbered 29 Ada Street until c.1940.[1]
