118 Watkins Street is a residential house on Watkins Street (on the corner with Wongan Avenue) and was built in 1949, and "consists of an entry, loungeroom, kitchen/dining, passage, 3 bedrooms and a sleep out, a bathroom, toilet, laundry and front and rear verandahs. The property is full masonry conrtuction with a terracotta tile roof."[1] It was built by the State Housing Commission, and is not heritage listed (although does have an inHerit database entry).
